Try c99, i too was running chem and it was the last bean to pop.....that thing took off like a bat out of hell and clearly became the more dominant plant in the tent almost as soon as it sprouted.

Just had the same prob on one of my plants, chalked it up to too much moisture. I stopped watering that plant for a while and the moisture finally evaporated and then went on with the show!
