Lol, been there, done that with the tap water. Was going through a bottle of pH down every two weeks before I got my R/O filter. R/O is much more stable, and the nutes I use have pretty good pH buffering as well (GH FloraNova).

I have two 6" fans, a large reflector, an oscillating fan, and my filter hanging from the top of my tent. I think the tent can probably hold everything you can throw at it, honestly (I wouldn't hang from mine, I'm 6'3 230).
