I've been told the same thing about trichomes and their color change along with maturity. I also heard when they're 3/4's amber/brown colored. Personally, I'm probably going to test it out for myself and see how the bud turns out.

I have been putting my plant in the dark for 12 hours, light 12 hours for 5 weeks total, starting the 6th week today. Technically, within that timeframe my plant showed signs of being female during the 3rd week. So technically, I'm beginning my 3rd week of flowering.

Yeah man I had a HPS bulb I was gonna slap in that bad boy but the damn thing's burnt to fuck. But yeah I've used it throughout the entire grow. What lights produce more dense buds?

Thank you my brotha'. I'm planning on hang drying my harvest and curing in a jar for 3 days, burping it regularly. I honestly am more excited to see my little product of life grow it's buds. Going to be sooooooooooooo pretty.

That's how I'm starting to feel about it. I'm not too worried about how much pot I get, just as long as I know I finally grew my own Marijuana plants after 5 years of smoking everyday. You can only get better and better!

Also, I don't know if anybody else feels the same way I do... But the Bamboo Stakes holding my plant up are so sexy. Idk what it is about Marijuana and Bamboo, but I feel like my grow is more appealing to the eyes... Anyone?

PICTURE UPDATE: Ok so, my lady now has pistils protruding from every single internode. Thanks to DJAJ for helping me out! Should have bud here soon, yield predictions still accepted. :)
