So i have this tent
there is the in-vent at the top (i turned it upside down)
it's a 4x4
it's got ventilation on all the time except the air just goes across the room. i don't really want to pump it outside because good warm air will go with it and heat costs are enough. during the...
i've tried a sealed growing environment with moldy results. i used a 4x4 tent. i think if the space it large enough and enough dirt to produce the co2 it can work, you will need a humidifier for it to grow at all.
if i were you i'd go for the tent i got mine (4x4x~6.5) for $250 i got a "growlab" since they're shorter and will fit in a low ceiling environment. i've had it a long time and like it and been changing my grow to fit the tent. i made a similar contraption and wish i had just gone with the tent...
Aw yea we got beans and pepperoncini for the tryouts 6500k
saving the color tubes for the big game
2x2 20gal in the res i think i'll do one plant make it giant and there is my timelapse on the right
http://youtu.be/yPDhhjdIzGU
went quick in only 3 days
pinto beans and pepperoncini peppers
well the plan is underway. I think that slow growth isn't something i necessarly don't want. they might slow down and slowly make nugget instead of streatching. with hps i've had problems with them streatching and maturing early after a wonderful vegging. if the plant would slowly take in the...
I'm thinking of doing this:
with t5 2' 8bulb
veg 18hrs
4x460nm (aquarium blue)
4x6500k (grow)
bloom 12hrs (maybe 16 or 14)
4x420nm (aquarium violet)
4x3000k (bloom)
if you take a look both bulbs i want to use for grow, they are high in the chlorophyll B response range
likewise both...
I concur :-D
It's too hot in there anyways you can tell by the sparse tops; nutes are getting locked in there when water evaporates out of the leaves so fast salts are being left behind.
-Ok you guys there are different types of coco out there i'm sure some have different nutrient content than others.- None the less that plant needs nutes
Leaves like in your first pic and the black leaves means the water isn't going anywhere so either that pot doesn't have a drainage hole or...
These look like they are not receiving enough light. May be they're too big for those t5s. Over watering is common with floro if you're sticking with t5 try getting the temp higher
