yes i do use them the whole grow. 23 watt cfl = 1600 lumens per bulb (x) 8 = 12800 for less that 2 sq/ft. I think it will do. i might in the future get some bigger wattage bulbs, but for not these work great for me. just growing for myself and a hobby.

well if you have yellowing leaves, you need (N) nitrogen the plant doesnt really doesnt turn colors till your last 2 weeks of flushing. Fushing is suppost to clean out all the nutes in the plant so it not harsh. your buddy need to get a microscope to check the tricomes and if there not ready...
