this could be do to the temps droping out of the plants normal range i konw when i grow outdoors when the temps start to get cooler my plants tent to get this purple hue try adding a small heater at night if the plant continue to do this check the ph or check ph first to make sure they are an ok...
hows the temps ur week 3 pic some of the leaves look like they are having minor transperation issues but other then that they look healthy also did u folier feed them week3 with baking soda and water?
remeber it takes about 1-2 weeks to germ and another 1-2 to pop up if u planted directly into soil so i would start germing some new seeds but leave the planted ones in there for 1-2 weeks and see if they pop if not they are dead u should never poke around in the dirt if it is growing u will...

try to cut back on some of the watering u go if u go once every 24 hours try every 36 hours if the roots look mostly healthy then the problem is just starting or u just are watering too much hope i helped out man good luck with everything

how often do u water them? remember flowering plants use water at a slower pace then while in veg they look a little over watered to me are there any spots or discoloration in the affected leaves?
