Is that an incandescent bulb? If u want some cheap/effcient and easy to control lighting, go out n get some cfls, 6500k for veg and 2700k for flower, its good to use a mixed spectrum, for veg a 3:1 ratio 6500k to 2700k and vise versa for flowering, u should have a minimum of 100w per plant...

You can but youll see better results throwing in some 2700k, cfls are tricky and its hard to get big dense nugs without a bunch of 2700ks in there, atleast from my own personal experience.

Yea i pulled the seed off about 30 mins ago and its pretty straight up now, its been that way for a few days and only the stem was growing lol i think the seed shell was restricting the leaves from expanding out.
