Personally, just plant them in 5 gallon buckets, orrr, fuck that and buy bigger buckets/plant pots, and do that, that way you can control your medium muuuch easier. You might not get the root spread that is always nice and makes for a big plant, but i'd say buckets is the safest way to go, also...
