Nope just depends on personal preference, some people grow 12/12 straight from seed. I believe its best to veg atleast 4 weeks before flippin to flower.

All depends on how big u want them to get, the longer u veg typically means bigger plants which = bigger bigs/bigger yeild. And i would still get some more 2700k bulbs, u want even more light for flower than u do for veg, especially with cfls, the more light the better so if u could fit it in ur...
