Transplant as soon as possible. every day they spend getting root bound in a tiny 3" pot is a loss of future yield. Autos are very root sensitive. It is best to give them room to grow unimpeded as soon as possible, if not from the beginning.

If you have a strain that is known to grow larger then the extra room is helpful but I have had much luck with 1 and a 1/2 gallon buckets. And like K said the price on that ffof is kinda high for dirt, imo

Maybe a week or two and you should use a CFL 23w min instead of an incandescent bulb

A gallon and a half is what I use and most auto growers will say to try to go no lower than 1 gallon.

Your set up is perfect for auto flowers man. I think you should give them a shot in the future.

I think you can do better than that so hopefully you will surprise yourself. Me personally I need to see an ounce or better. They are getting there. I am still tweaking my soil mix a little here and there and re-arranging pots and lights to get the most out of my space.

Well I feel like a couple of them are taking longer to show sex than I am used to. I have 2 females and 1 male showing. The rest are still not showing anything. They are all coming along nicely .

Nice looking plants people. It is confirmed that my entry is a male. I will definitely keep him for breeding as he is twice the size of the other suspected male. When it shows better I will pull the smaller one.
