    Considering Super Soil

I also use 2 600's. I would recommend 6-8 plants in 10 gallon pots, but that's just me. Super soil (like Subcool's) does best in BIG pots.

    Considering Super Soil

Hey dude. Welcome welcome. Glad to see you decided to grow some real non-auto genetics and stick with organics. Here are some answers for you. 1) Sprout seeds in napkin. Yup. That'll work. 2) Place sprouts in party cups and place in darkness until they reach surface. NO! To avoid stretch and...

Any "Green Rush" investors out there?

It seems like every day now we get a little smidgeon of hope from the Federal Government, and this is just the beginning. - Feds let CO and WA proceed as "experiments". (Blatantly ignoring MJ's Schedule I status) - Feds OK MMJ trials for PTSD (Blatantly ignoring MJ's Schedule I status) -...

Any "Green Rush" investors out there?

Sweet... I'm waiting out an earnings report that "should" make a tech stock I own jump up so I can sell off for a profit. Then I will have a few thousand to play with. I know these penny stocks are very risky business, but I can't help but think at least a select few will absolutely blow up...

Any "Green Rush" investors out there?

What's up RIU? I'm just curious if any of you out there are playing with the "Green Rush" penny stocks? (PHOT, TRTC, MDBX, mCIG, FITX, HEMP, etc, etc, etc) There is definite money to be made if you play your cards right. These stocks frequently swing 10-15% in one direction or the other. Any...

Mycorrhiza Fungi...why you should get to know them...

It is not "normal" to make a "tea" from your runoff. It IS normal for a tea to froth. Making a tea from your runoff is kindof counterintuitive. Whatever organisms and nutrients are present in your runoff are (obviously) already present in your soil. And don't add the mycorrhizal product to...

Well, I just swapped out the metal halides for two fresh Digilux HPS and reset the timer. I also started up an alfalfa tea brew. It's go time!!! I predict two of the 6 are gonna stretch massively. It's gonna be interesting...

I haven't seen the latest, but I do watch the Weed Nerd shows from time to time. I'm way behind... No way I'll catch up, so I just put a random one on the tube now and then.

I personally wouldn't use peat moss alone without also adding perlite and compost of some sort. That just me.

    Super Soil Newb

You don't want to put your plant into a "hot" super soil until it has some healthy roots going. As a general rule, you might wait 3 weeks from seed sprout, or 1-2 weeks from rooting a clone. This is a very general guideline. Some "super soils" are mild enough that they won't burn a young...

    The Main-Lining Thread

As Nugbuckets stated somewhere in the beginning of this thread, mainlining tends to add about 10 days to your veg time. However, this time is not wasted; your plant is still growing roots and building a strong foundation.

Still jealous that you can grow outdoors... I actually just went house hunting yesterday. It was fun walking through open houses and day dreaming about the possibilities... In reality, I'm still a couple years off from being able to afford a 20% down payment. Oh well.
