1: No no one is going to be able to identify the exact strain just by looking at a plant without detailed information, much less a 1 say old seedling. 2: No don't worry about the first two leaves from the sprout, they fall off eventually anyways...

I wouldn't be so sure about the gender of the plant just yet. Also I think the OPs are nagging you because you've yet to provide the spectrum information of the lights so that they can tell you rather you got the right deal for the coming flowering of your plant.
