It happens. Ive taken clones and had completely different shapes come out of some of them and had them finish a week or 2 later. It's the genetics so sometimes you get a plant like this. It doesn't necessarily reflect a poor mother if your other ones are doing fine.

Something with the soil, this doesn't look like nitrogen deficiency. Over watering would cause more droop and the discoloration into yellow would be more gradual. This looks more like burn.Either the roots are not absorbing or something in the soil is messing with the plant.

why wouldn't you use the 600w to grow in veg until you're ready to flower then? It'll be far more efficient than a cfl setup.
