Yes, I think they are 4.3 gallon air pots if I remember correct. I also have some 3 gallon air-pots that I might use on my next grow....just to see if there is any difference. I am also upgrading my hood and fan to a 6" and 600w......I cant wait to get the next grow going:) Thanks: Stlmatt

Your plants looks kind of lanky, how far away is your light from the top of the canopy? Also you need to clean up the under growth that will rob you top buds of nutes and growth. I know its hard to cut off something that looks like its going to produce a bud, but trust me on this one.......all...

Air-pots are a type on container for planting, as you can see in the pic the air-pot has a egg crate like inner and outer shape, it also has holes at every endent of the pot. These pots keep plants from getting rootbound, as the roots can not circle the inside wall of the pot due to its shape...

I use a basic air cooled hood and I keep the light about 18-20 inches above the canopy. I top the plants just above the 2nd or 3rd node while in veg (topping done after they have 4-5 nodes) I do not LST, but I will supercrop once flower begins in order to keep the canopy at a nice even level...

Im not sure where you get info from, but a 400w HPS will provide enough light for a 4' x 4' area (footprint) a 600w HPS will cover 6' x 6' area and a 1000w HPS will cover a 10' x 10' area...........or atleast thats what it says in the Jorge Cervantes Ultimate Grow book.
