Check out my new leds with built in wifi touch sensor...oh yeeaaahhh! I picked up about 100 of them for a great deal and I'm ready to go. How many tomatoes/peppers can be grown under these in a 1x1 space and should I be worried about light burn ...

I think the wire is for one of these meters...it beeps when the nuggz are ready
Contactors are used to safely control higher loads...do not use a light switch! In terms of adding the 1000 to the existing circuit...if it is a 15A breaker on a 14-2 conductor as a rule of thumb you don't want to exceed 80% of max load(.8x15). Solis teks are very reliable ballasts ...just outta...
Many great suggestions...type of fan, isolating with rubber mounts or bungees, insulating box, type of insulation and silencers all have a hand in suppressing the overall sound level. Here's a DIY vid about silencing a fan by insulating and boxing it.

the extra 30W is definitely not a fan^^^^the 430 is a great bulb including more blue spectrum for better growth. If you want size then you'd probably wanna start with a 600.
Cupping leaf margins are usually caused my excessive heat. Your room temp might be sufficient but the temp at the canopy could still be a problem if for example your light is too close.
lumatek dial a watt

I think fanless cooling is the way to go since the fans are guaranteed to fail. The phantom is the only non dimmable of the three but has one of the lowest failure rates.
Add a teaspoon phosphate free dish soap, crushed garlic, hot ground pepper, all into a spray bottle and top up with water. Spray top and bottom of leaves regularly until the mite devastation tapers off.
You gotta find a way to get cool air coming in and warm air out as mentioned...do what needs to be done. Once it's completed your plants will thank you. PS...wall board is much easier to repair than a door...just my 2 cents. Good luck!
