    Chop...as mentioned. The colas will mature at different rates so you have the option of leaving the lower nuggz on for a lil longer.

    Nute burn as mentioned...don't feed every time you water. Make sure you have a day per week of just pH'ed water to dissolve built up salts. Nute burn is the most common mistake..dial back on the feed as well.

    Man that soil is hot...you should have grabbed something peat based like a starter mix with low nutes or Promix which contains NO NUTES. I would re pot them as mentioned since they look pretty bad.
