You can spray your plants. It needs to be done when the lights come on @15-20 minutes after the girls wake up. If your spraying in the dark cycle you can run into problems if you don't have good air-flow. Good Luck on your Grow.

All the Rapid Rooter plugs I've bought were always moist right out the bag. I've had a couple dry ones. Soak them in a Cloning/Rooting solution.
