I'm running a similar setup. Here is my two pence.
1) Get herb.IQ. your going to have to track this.
2) With 27 gal rez, your going to be topping off every 2 or 3 days. It does work, but 40 would be better.
3) You will probably want to take at least 30% more clones than you will use. Even if...
The PG 180 will cover about a 1.5 x 2.5 foot space. The PG 400 maybe 2 x 2.5 foot space. I have both and I do sog. Maybe 2 PG 400s will cover a 3 x 3 foot area. This is with the light about 12 inches above the plants.
Just my opinion.
Correct me if I 'm wrong, but I see 2 things that stand out to me.
It looks like there is dark green and clawing. This tells me that there is too much N.
There is Interveinal Chlorosis on most of the leaves as well. The most common cause for this is mag deficiency.
What is causing this, I...
Do your self a favor, this is not suppose to be that much work.
1) Get yourself a 40 or 50 gallon rez. That way you get at least 5 days between refills. This is important! If you have to top off ever other day, it makes it very difficult to track PH and EC, also this cuts down on the time...

There was a sales man at the hydro store with these already in a retail system with 36 of these diodes. http://www.ftelighting.com. The retail was I think at $1,600.00.
If you go to Mouser...
Look at how the edges of the curled leaves are kind of plump compared to the healthy leaves. Is that some kind of white residue on them as well. I'm wondering if they could be infected. Do you have a microscope?
1) Cover your blocks with the white mylar block covers from the hydro store.
2) Use 35% H2O2 at 10 mil/gal and get the good and wet. The larvae will die from this. I use 6 mil/gal every 3 days per Al.B.Fuct.
3) Put sticky stuff on the bottom of the stems so nothing can crawl up or down the...
1.6 EC in veg is way over feeding in my opinion. Red stem, lime green and yellow leaves. Without pics sound like lockout with that high of feeding.
Please,
Pics, hydro or method, and RO???
