How much H2O2?

I have heard 5 mL per gallon of water for the 29% H2O2 solution. Is this correct? I am experiencing a little slimy feeling on the inside of my buckets and there is a little white stuff that I wiped out when I changed the reservoir today. I had 82 degree temps for 1 day before I bought my chiller and set the temp to 68 degrees. Now the temp is at 66 degrees and has fresh water, new nutes, and everything is PH'd @ 5.8, PPM @ 650 (normal water is 320). I am going to add H2O2 tomorrow but I want to make sure I add the correct amount.

id use 2 ml per gal to start and work your way up. what type of nutes you got in the soup? i noticed that superthrive + bubbles = white snot so i switched it to the foliar feeds.
