So, an led strip light? That's nothing new, but if you can do it efficiently in monos in certain spectrums I would be interested in it for supplemental lighting to go with my cobs. Say around 670 or hit a blue peak other than the 440 that cobs always hit.
I used stranded (12 gauge speaker wire) on my first builds and it was a major pain in the ass trimming it to fit. I tried thermostat wire that I had lying around and it didn't work, the holder wouldn't grab the wire. I then bought 16 gauge speaker wire for the next build and the bjb holder...
Lethal voltages? Since when is 50 volts DC lethal? That's one of the greatest things about cobs, low voltage and wattage.
If leds are your business and you don't like cobs then you are about 18 months behind the curve.
I don't know what to say. I have 20 bjb holders all bought from you and 14-2 romex worked the best for me. It worked so well that when I start adding cobs next month I'll be replacing the existing wire with romex.
I plan on doing this in about a month, 2 cxm22s on a single heatsink, one 3000k 80 and a 3500k 90 to get two peaks in the red.
What does the simulation for that look like on that graph? I suspect it is a bit better than the 2 1216s.
I thought so but just had to be sure. I didn't know if perhaps one had a slightly higher draw than the other so they wouldn't play nice on the same driver.
What is the best way to clean off Arctic MX-4 off of a chip? I'm going to have 16 of them to move from the center to the side of the 120mm...
Can two spectrums reside on the same driver?
I have both citi 1212s in 3500k and 90 cri and lumis in 3000k 80cri.
After 2 runs now it is obvious that my particular setup favors the citis. It's not that they put out more finished product per plant because I'm not sure they do. The problem is...
Thanks man, I know it's not perfect by a long shot but I'll take it, I'm not expecting perfection right now. There is lots of time to get the room finished and all this dialed in.
Still more rubbish. The only thing you got right that I have a dirty floor and I'm not sweeping it up now and throwing dust all over very sticky plants. Mold will not be something I have to worry about until the summer unless I took your idiotic advice and start throwing up tarps to trap...
Sorry man, I couldn't take you serious if your life depended on it, but you can see how wrong you are in this post.
The plants DID need more light, that is so fucking obvious I believe that you are trying to give me bad info on purpose. if I watered any less frequently they would droop and I...
Thank you. I can't wait for the second run. I've been playing catch up this whole time and still am.
I never thought I would do this again but a very frosty bag (not mine) crossed my path and there were 5 seeds in the bottom of it, so about 5 months ago I said why the hell not and 4 came up...
I got all the lights in and the rest of the girls fed. Really had it packed in there. I did no training today except for trying to spread it out a little bit. It took all the new lights.
Thanks for the compliment! 20 years ago might as well be two centuries. I had High Times for a grow guide until I sent off for a book, by mail. I wore out that book and it served me well but what is available today for knowledge and equipment isn't even close to comparable.
I'm already way way...
I'll definitely give it a try, mommas room is gonna be really full when I do.
The 4 big plants got 600ppm of ferts and ph tonight. Ph in was 7.3 and runoff was a cool 6.5 on the yellowing plant. I think it's safe to say that they are running low on nitrogen.
I'm looking forward to...
