Often 3 phase is setup to handle a bunch of large motor loads or IT loads. The neutral is provided for lighting and 15% tends to be a number.
So 100 x 3 x 0.15 x 0.8 would be my bet.

Leg to neutral it's 100 x 3 but most 3 phase transformers only support fraction of their kva through neutral.
You need to know what the neutral on the transformer is rated for if running 120v its the limitation.
