    I've used a good deal of condensate however I would note there is a significant slime mold potential here so if running sterile res i suggest 0.5 ml/gal of bleach. Otherwise maintain a healthy trichoderma population for sure.

    Make sure its not in some economy mode. Make sure your ventilated lights aren't grabbing your room air and shooting it outside.

    I think the brown sugar is a thin film purged shatter that's scraped and ends up looking like a pile of bown sugar. I think storing your nectar in the fridge will help preserve terps.

    The fresh air intake in the HVAC is required by code, that said in a sealed CO2 room, post inspection, we toss a baffle on the intake duct and promptly close it off.

    More of a concern is mold / mildew spores. cannabis is gravity pollinated so the pollen grains don't go far in the wind unlike some other species.

    Lime raises pH. If this buffer has built up in your medium then your pH is high. Grab a cheap soil pH probe from home depot and it will get you in the right ballpark. My bet is you're pH is high.
