It looks like you need something like perlite for oxygen and maybe cut some holes out of the bottom of the cup to allow oxygen in.

So lets say I start at a 125 one day and the next day it's a 95, I'd bump it up to 150ish and see what happens the next day and if the next day everything is consistent then I'd leave it for a week or two. Does that sound about right toront?

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong but set up your DWC with whatever base nutes you want. Then the next day use your PPM meter and if it's lower, add water and some nutes at a slightly higher level, if it's higher, just add water. If your PPM and water level lowers it means your plants are...

What's your soil mix? Did you use nutes? What line? How close is your light? What kind of light? More info???

I think you need to cut the ends (tips of the leaves) to promote rooting and add a cover to trap humidity. Plants give off water through their cell membranes. They "sweat" so having a higher humidity prevents that sweating.
