once the plants are a month old, i start to add 1/2 strength nutrients and work my way up over aweek or so. Sounds like they are hungry to me, post a picture if you dont see an improvement with the addition of food. JP

the rinse in cold water should have been enough to protect you from anything that was on the rocks. I wouldnt worry about it since they were washed before use. JP

I bought a modded bowl with a wind guard. It has a bowl, and a metal screen plate that goes over the herb, then the coals sit on that and are covered by the wind guard. What would i need to do to the weed to make it possible to get high in a hookah? JP

You wont need the tent right away but get the scrubber in place asap. Clean air later is very important and if you put it off you will have a smell problem for sure. even if its a neutral smelling strain, it will still give off a plant smell. JP
