Master growers are paid based on their skill at growing and negotiating for compensation. Sad part is that most so called master growers are sorely lacking in at least one of those skill sets.
Assistant growers are paid as little as possible.
I've had brite yellow off one strain and brown sugar color off another, indicas that were finished tend to, IME, yield darker oil.
Taste / aroma was always concentrated smells of the flower extracted from.
Your issue will likely be unsecured MC dandling in open space. MC staples to studs or other approved fastners. Needs to have fasteners within 6" of box also. Make sure box is bonded to ground.
Note the EMT should also have fasteners such as risers of strut channel and caddy clips.
