I agree with Blackvalor, why is it that people think removing leaves helps the growth of a plant, does that occur in nature?

Water leaves (fan leaves) tend to turn yellow towards the end of flowering, that's normal, 'course taking pics with HPS light does not help, hard to judge the color of the leaves, take a look at my girl she's an AK47 10 weeks flowering, lotsl of yellow fan leaves.

Never remove water (fan) leaves, they are the main factories of the plant, unless as said you're looking for small yields.

I tend to agree, you should not have removed the fan leaves, they are the factories of the plant.

I too use it in my hydro set up, I feel it enhances the growth and does add to the flavor, never did foliar feed it nor do I ever foliar feed my plants I don't think it helps and may cause mold, especially during flowering.

I would have to ask, do you know the Costa Rica laws regarding drugs or better yet MJ? not all countries are as lenient as the US, that being the case, why would you take such a risk?

You are growing in hydro, your ph should be 5.8, that is the ideal ph for hydro, 300 ppm's for seedlings is ok, wait at least an other week or two to raise maybe to 500 but do it gradually, don't overdo it and burn them, best of luck.

IDK, seems to me that ro water is similar to distilled, what's the ppm's of the water, bet it's real low, meaning still no minerals for your plant to consume.

Distilled water has no minerals in it, your plant is starving, give it some tap water.

Best of luck to you, it's great to be able to grow and smoke your own weed, do you plan to go soil or hydro? hydro for me, I find it much easier than soil with less problems.

I've been using T5 HO for yrs and get decent grows, 6500K for veg and 3000K for bloom, I'm sure that with MH and HPS I'd get higher yields, as far as spectrum is I think it's the same, it's just the intensity of the light that makes a difference.
