I don't think the LED is as good for veg...I just started using the CFL for veg because I had plants flowering under the LED's so I needed to do something quick... I was very surprised at the light penetration of the CFL's.... I bought a used bathroom light fixture that held 6 lights and then I...

I have 4 of them.... they do okay, not as good as HPS but I have had good results. I believe my CFL's are far better though for veg.... far better.

I will run under the cover if rain is in the forecast. Also I am growing some Sativa's that might be longer flowering.

I too am in Oregon....I am getting ready for outdoor also. Earliest we should go outdoor is May 23rd. Think I will buy a temporary carport frame and put plastic over it.... lucky enough to live in the country with few neighbors and the closest one grows also. Growing 2 sativa and 2 hybrids...

Grew one holy grail 69. Chopped her down about a week ago and should be jarring today... I thought she was kind of slow to grow at first but she caught up with the others real fast... I think I will grow it again if the smoke is as good as I think it will be.

I wear surgical gloves when I trim a lot... put the gloves in the freezer when done and once froze you can get the hash off the gloves easily. Love finger hash! yup, mighty potent.

Son of a bitch! this stuff is so good!.. I just harvested about a week ago, draw in is cotton candy, exhale is grape. My temps got too low so she went purple, grew too slow, so all went good.... got a nice extra heavy zip +... should have been more but I love this stuff.... WARNING!! smoke...

IF you have to buy them here in Oregon you just go to craigslist. Most are about $20.. Really, you can buy bud there also... buying the container and contents are free... LOL

My AXT turned the deepest purple I have ever had. My heater went out on me and I didn't catch it in time, at least I think this what caused the color. Harvested the girl about 3 days ago so I just had to taste test.... I kid you not, tastes like grape, smells like lemon. :bigjoint:
