Your problem is not the rapid rooters.........it's pre-germing in a paper towel. Rapid rooters are perfect to start your seeds. I get nearly 100% germ rate.......usually in 3-4 days.

Chose either coco or compost.........they are 2 different animals with different pH requirements and different watering/feeding requirements. Considering the plant is 6 weeks old, personally I would start over Good luck.

If you can control the heat and you don't mind higher power costs.........there is nothing wrong with HPS. When you say the plants hermed..........do you mean nanners at the end of flowering.

You can grow a tree in an 11 ltr. pot in coco........I use 9 liter air pots without issue. The roots are supposed to be sticking out of the fabric pots..........it air prunes the roots.
