I find I get better more even coverage with gel to my cutting than with powder where most if it would slide off when inserting into medium. Seems to have about the same success rate as powder for me.

Do not check trics on the sugar leaves, you wanna check the calyxes. The trics on the leaves mature much faster, you could have all cloudy trics on your leaves and the majority of your bud trics could be clear.. Looks like you got another week or more to go to me. Be sure to post harvest pics.

Hairs should be receded and reddened off. Calyxes should be swollen to the point it looks like they are going to explode. Check your trics and harvest as close to all cloudy as possible. I have had red hairs and mostly clear trics, not a very accurate way of judging IMO. Look at everything as a...
