Post some bud shots, I can usually tell by looking at bud shots versus looking at trics. Once my plant looks close to done I start checking trics.

Don't check the trics on your sugar leaves, check them on your buds. Trics start changing to amber on sugar leaves weeks before your buds are ready.

I do not know what kind of test the lab uses on our guys at work but the test will tell them that the sample is too diluted, not the actual color. If anyone is going to use synthetic or another persons make sure it is not cold. Either of those is an automatic fail for us. Have had guys fail lots...

Do you have any bud shots? If you have checked your tric's and the majority of them are cloudy then it's time to chop, just be sure you are checking the tric's on the buds and not the sugar leaves. Looks nice and frosty!

I agree two weeks sounds about right. Those buds will still swell some, wait for the hairs to redden off and recede then check the tric's!
