i would go with COBs if it was a choice between them and red/blue - some people seem to be combining both on the same fixture!

yeah, thats what i was thinking with the dimmer, i could go with more COBs but if it turned out that there was simply too much light then i could dim them down a bit for as if i haven't enough light at the start then no way to increase light without buying some extra COBs thanks!

Hi everyone going to build my own LED fixture im in a 2' x 2' space, gonna go with the Cree CXB3070, plan to drive them at around 1A from a Mean Well with dimming option just wondering how many COBs to go with? 4, 6 or 8 ? I want to make sure that all areas of the tent are getting proper...
