Found a few worms, chop early?

I dry my plants in a couple of extra bedrooms and run my swamp cooler & humidifier. I usually hang them for 5 days & put colas about a foot or so long in ostrich bags inside of 32 gallon trash cans. Opening and closing the bags slows the drying process. 8 or 9 days and then into half gallon...

Found a few worms, chop early?

I live in the foothills north side of the San Gabriel mountains in LA county. I spray every week with BT. I have never had any bud rot caused by worms, they eat around the stem and the bud dries on the plant. I cut it off about an inch below and above and press it into rosin. My average humidity...

    Transplanting a tall flowering plant

Two weeks would be a long dry with the lack of fan leafs on your plants. without something keeping the humidity up in your drying room they will most likely be a slight bit drier than you might like. Your plants look nice, I don't like to be transplanting at this stage of the game so i would...

Most will finish by the 19th but your looking at 7+ day dry time that's just as important to the final product. Good luck

    Almost done?

Take your tric pictures on the bud not the leaf. Where I am at i would say 4 weeks but temperature and length of day play a part. Keep on checking and ripen them as long as weather permits.

Which light should I use for vegging in a skinny area

your right i confused it with the 4ft output. 3ft makes it a bit harder to find. They use a bit more power but let the plant grow right up to it without bleaching or burning the leafs. I have a few hlg 135s that are white light, they bleach out and stress my plants any closer than 14in

Which light should I use for vegging in a skinny area

I wonder if a 2ft 2 bulb t5 would fill the length well enough? I used one for 8 years before it crapped out. A good option for short tents

Outside plants drinking too much water?

I grow in the same temperature range as you in 4ft by 4ft raised beds that are 30in deep. I put about 30 gallons on them every other day and shower a couple gallons on them to keep them cool in the hot weather on the days i don't water. 60 gallon smart pots use 15 gallons every 1 and a half...

    Bud is to dry

If a cure dries out the curing process stops. A fresh fan leaf in a half gallon mason jar will moisten them a bit but change nothing as far as taste or aroma.

Is it going to be a flower or veg room? I have a 4ft by 5ft closet i built a table that holds a 3ft by 3ft flood table a 2 gallon bucket fits under, makes it easier to get rid of the water. Looks like you have a good start going on
