Get a bigger fan and duct and run it on a lower setting. That should give you more air flow with the same amount of noise

I have the same clone machine and i couldn't get it to work until i put the submersible pump on a timer. They sold a 45 second timer on ebay that would run for 45 seconds then off for 45 seconds, this would keep the pump from over heating the water. 72* was the sweet spot for me.
