It's just condensed water from the air. It'll be close to distilled water. Fine for growing (but you need to also add calmag).

It runs at 180-200w. You can expect it to perform like a 250w HPS. The 1000w claim is based on the fact they are using 10w LEDs but they're running them around 2w each. You can veg and flower with one. But as I said your light will be equivalent to a 250w HPS.
