Once you are in flower, sounds like you should keep your oscillating fan on 24/7. You don't want those high RH numbers in flower.

This is the most important thing. A nice, slow dry and cure will give the best quality smoke. If your temps are too high or your RH is too low, the plant will dry way too fast.

If its your first grow, i'd just let them go on their own. Gives you a nice idea of how the plants grow. Do your research now on LST and then practice on your next run with a plant or two.
