Just because a bud has seeds doesn't mean it junk. Some of the best weed I've ever smoked had seeds. I have been smoking since the early 70s, back then all your weed had seeds. The world has become spoiled my friend.
I use stakes with twine mainly because it's pretty much free and it works fine for me. As mentioned the diameter of your stock and branches are key. I have a couple over 10 this year and have no real concerns.
Mid 40s won't do that. They'll go through a few lite frost and pull through with no issues. I am in Maine and see mid 40s pretty often this time of year.
Don't worry to much about some of the lower and interior fan leaves dying off this time of year. It's normal to an extent as the plants mature and bud. Also not all strains are that deep green color, some are a lighter shade of green.
Everything is budding now. The picture is from this morning. Me on top of a 4' step ladder checking out to top of one of my Orange Diesels. Thankfully the stretch has slowed.
I hear what your saying, I am in the same situation with a couple, one over 9 and another right behind it, just staring to truly flower. Hopefully it's a calm fall.
Looking good, don't worry about a few yellowing older bottom leaves. It's normal as the plants mature. Those green worms on the other hand, you don't want those.
