I have a good recipe for your situation if you have kelp meal: 1/2 cup kelp meal in 2 1/2 gallons of water. I would mix it in a 5 gallon bucket and either use air stone or stir/shake it. After the water gets a good healthy green color, water the plants. You'll notice an improvement the next day.
