    Hypoapsis Miles will make your soil happy...fungus gnats not so much. they colonize are not very mobile, so once introduce to a media they will protect that media for your plants/medias life way better and more effective then nematodes for FG control in my professional opinion they also eat...

    volume is king...anyone in a margin profit business like commercial agriculture will always swing for volume over effiecency.     Your first feed should buffer Mn, Ca and wash put any excessive Na or K thats uneeded. I wouldn't worry about deficiencies till they are healthy...only healthy plants eat enough to worry about not having enough of this or that.
