Between 18-24 inchs away for the 315 cmh in flower. And 30-36 inchs in veg. If you are going to be using the cmh in that much clearance you'll likely have to SOG or scrog heavily early.

Give a 2-3 inch gap between pots veg for like 2-3 weeks from seed and just flip them. One main top a cup easy peezy.

How many solo cups can you get in there? Are they from clones or seed? I'd really only suggest the two gallons as a max size in there, probably with a preference of 1 gallon pots for a sog run in there.

Not a lot of care with uv-a I'd maybe run 5-10% total wattage the entire lights on. Seems to work well for the chilLed boards.

You should talk to rapid about doing 2 fixtures. 6 pucks on each 4x4 frame with hlg-600h-48a driver (or two hlg320h-48a) drivers. Should cover well and cut the price a bit. I'd definitely try to get two fixtures that could cover 4x5/5x5 areas each. Then you wouldn't need to buy anything else...

1 watt = 3.412142 btu. Just add up the total wattage you are going to be using and get the next size up so it isn't constantly running. Oversizing helps with efficiency and longevity of the unit.

I'd say just stick the mars in there with the pucks, they aren't great stand alone lights and have a tendency to fail after a shortish amount of time. Can you link the puck fixture you are trying to purchase, there might be lights that would cover the area more readily with your comfortable...
