I think its a bit of a stretch to call that a 5 channel light: its a light where you can add a fixed amount of reds blues and uvs using the same dimmer but not control 5 channels independently. If (when?) that driver box fails it impossible to use all those functions.

Rain water is almost 0 ppm. If you can use some filtering to bring down ppms you can use a mix of the two. Also check what you can collect from your roof and gutters. Best of luck :)
