The Pre98... smells good, yield is below average, it's a nice effect but it just doesn't punch through for me unfortunately, especially compared to the other heavy hitters I have around here.

Watering 25 or 50 flowering plants without any sort of automation would be crazy. You won't save any cost there because you'll need a ton of man-hours just to keep up with that. Automation of some kind will be a must whether you go soil or hydro. I'd be leaning toward DTW flood tables.
