Thanks, the big one for me is that since it is hydroponics, I’m thinking it would be much safer for the plant versus me just lifting an edge up, it really isn’t that much more work and I have all the parts, thanks again, each to there own I guess, I did see one on here made from pvc pipe orb...

Yea I understand that and how it works and the concept of it, I just thought it would be nice to lift the main trellis with the lids from my 4 resivoirs if I wanted to take a peek in then. I am sure I saw someone on here with one built that way

Does anyone have a good design for a winch system to lift a scrog with lids and all? I have a 12v winch that I am incorporating just for the Scrogg netting. I will lift the light manually prior to this. Setting up a RDWC system. Anyone got some good ideas, I have 4 single pulleys that are heavy...

Just starting to look into the possibility of a water chiller if need be, it will be in a RDWC system and the main rea will be in another portion of the room, so I’m hopi g that room being cool will be enough,

    Week five begins today

So I am just rolling onto week five and have super cropped these girls once,, they pretty much just healed from that job a week ago. Do I do it again? If so, do I just go lower on the stem then before and let them buck. You can see they have a bit more maturing to do.

    Bud trimming

I could be wrong and please correct me if I am, I am seeing a lot of people’s buds with no leaves at all so it makes me think I have done something wrong

    Bud trimming

No I understood the thread as actually trimming some of the leaves out of the bud itself? Does that make sense? I think it is fine and from what I have read says that that’s where it gets a lot of light benefits?

    Bud trimming

Looks fantastic, I’m thinking I will just go with what I have going, it seems to be working. Why mess around with something that isn’t broke

    Bud trimming

I appreciate your input, I just saw someone else come down ona guy that didn’t trim his bud sites up? They looked great to me, but I’m no expert. So I thought I would throw it out there if I was missing a step.

    Bud trimming

I saw a post that got me thinking, should I be trimming the buds as they grow or just letting them buck? I read on several info pages that if you do this it should start early? I am posting one pic of one of my bud sites for some ideas? They seem to be fine but other than trimming the bottoms of...
