One more thing mister expert,I just read the mg bag and no where on the bag does it say to start the seeds in a seed starting soil. Another thing mister expert,I don't start my seeds in soil,I germinate them first.

Yeah dude,400w is plenty. You can grow at least 4 plants under 400w.

No nutes and very little heat for seedlings. You did burn it but she should recover if you baby it.

I use mg soil,never had an issue with it.

The top bud is called the cola and it looks pretty big. You should top next grow. You'll get at least three colas that way. Still,a good job dude
