Collect all your trimmings during the grow and stick them in a bag in the freezer, they do contain trichomes - not a whole heap of them but definitely some. Have a look at a newly sprouted seedling through a 30x magnifier and you can clearly see trichomes so they are there from the start...

If you found ONE single seed it will be feminised and you shouldn't expect any worse than the plant it came from. There is absolutely no reason to think that it will grow into a full blown hermie ... in fact if it was a good smoke, look at it as the Ganja Gods giving you another hit of the bong...
