I have a stinkbud jr 6 plant aeroponic set up.I'm using a 180 watt led spectrum light equal to a 600w hp.built for all stages of growth.after my seeds sprout and r transferred to my rapid rooters do I immedatly start the lighting process and at what distance?please help me I'd really appreciate it
