Your experience is not enough to judge and entire segment of cannabis by. There are many autos that test 20% THC and higher. Mephisto has had some as high as 27%. And I've had photos that may as well have been hemp..... doesn't mean photos suck. Try some DP Night Queen or Cinderella Jack auto...

Most people don't use their nutrients right ( WAY over feed ) so who's going to use this stuff right? Your average grower believes more is good and too much is just enough. The growth hormones used in these products are illegal yet they still get away with it because there is noone enforcing...

Flushing in any medium is a myth that accomplishes nothing. When you starve a plant, it sends all available nutrients to the buds as a survival mechanism. Why do you think all flushed plants have nice, GREEN buds?

Spray when the plant shows sex, its too immature to spray before that. STS is hard on plants your likely to ruin young plants by spraying too early.
