My vote is to keep all variable as close to equivalent as possible other than defoliating. This would have to mean that the lumens supplied to each plant are similar at the canopy level, period. The variable is lumens not the height of the pot off the floor... or distance to the canopy from...

I am flowering some autos with some photos now under 13/11. You might be able to get away with a 14/10 schedule but it will prolong the photos flowering time and risk herming them and the autos will have a smaller yield.

On my last grow I only let my homemade supersoil with a similar recipe cook for 1.5 weeks, mixing frequently. I didn't see any burn or hint of the plants not liking it. Not sure what would have happened if I didn't let it cook for more than a week though... I hope you used a slightly lighter...

The window should be ok during the day. It would be best if you can give them at least 18 hours of light, maybe add a flouro or cfl to extend their day. 24 hours light would be fine too. You could just move them into a lit closet close to the light at night. Temps should be above 70 but...

With 3 weeks or so left I think 2 oz is possible, but 1.5 might be more realistic. I had some plants about that size on my last grow, they yielded between 25-40 grams dried depending on the strain etc.

Yes it will still fill out, just take a few extra weeks. Next time maybe rotate the plants every 3-5 days so they all finish around the same time.
