Get a hold of @nuggs. I think that he had a similar issue a few years back but it ended up being Russets. I don't wish them on anyone and hope that is not your issue.

I have some Green Crack from bagseed out in the garden now. One of my favorite strains. First time I smoked it I ended up building my CFL cabinet. LOL

It;s a nice cheap base soil. Add your amendments and you should be good to go.
