    Piff Coast Farms

Being 35 and growing up 30 miles from Harlem I too have a nostalgic memory lock on the lingering flavor/ smell and high of uptown haze. Along with its $500oz price tag. ( Piff was a term used for any high grade bud not just hazes) I was pretty deep into the game and seem to have had access to...

veg all winter/ bring plants outside with supplemental lighting in spring (northern hemisphere)

Fusarium wilt on the plant that is 263 days old. They have been treated with horticulture oil and Biological fungicides over the season. Her age/genetics + the north east climate was less than ideal. I can already see the 4th and 5th branches wilting. Thank you nature for keeping me humble.

Old plants un happy about something

I have finally run into problems. Plants have been babied for 230 days. Half indoors half out. They have been in the ground for like 50 days or something. They lost their artificial light a little over two weeks ago. At this point they receive only one heavy ph'd nutrient enriched watering a...

There is no reason to veg at 16 I did it for experimentation. I spent the time to dig up these old pics but they still dont prove anything... A little context. These plants where only watered upright they spent their entire lives being rotated, flipped around/turned away from the light to create...

Joy of growing- thats it baby. These have been chopped down 1/3 a few times already. I got 90% of the nutes for free from companies to test them out since I work for a good nursery.I didn't really spend money on that + lights were on already for other grows... I respect your growing knowledge...

veg all winter/ bring plants outside with supplemental lighting in spring (northern hemisphere)

I hear you man. The thing is the plants are asleep by 8 and i'm sure they don't wake up at 5:42 on the dot. Average light is not something I made up. I looked it up. Obviously its strain dependent but Im sure a plant kept at 15:15 hours light inside would flower. I have had plants flower inside...

The pictures I posted this morning of the pistols is about 1 foot away. Extremely mature plants vegged at the lower end of light (17 hours) for 200+ days. Artificial light removed coupled with natural light decreasing daily. Averaged at 14 hours. Bloom boosters applied (3-10-25)

veg all winter/ bring plants outside with supplemental lighting in spring (northern hemisphere)

Triggered from the loss of light but not close enough to 12 hours. The same reason that happens if you bring them out in march or early april

veg all winter/ bring plants outside with supplemental lighting in spring (northern hemisphere)

It has been 13 days since they lost their artificial light and the natural light started to decrease The stacking of the hairs and nodes has increased. It might just be a growth spurt and thier maturity showing. In a few more days I will know for sure. Whether or not they do the dance...
