If you're looking for couchlock, I'd say hold out a couple weeks. She looks like she's frosting up nicely and her pistils are mostly red, but I would guess most of her trichs are cloudy with a few amber. Do you have a microscope to check with?

I use Fox Farm's sledgehammer twice a grow after weeks 4 and 7 to flush out. I stop feeding the last week before harvest. I have never just stopped feeding and flushed a plant with water and have only gotten rave reviews. Never gotten any complaints about harshness or flavor. I have to agree...
